Business Advisors shape the vision and strategy with the client, understand the needs of the users/stakeholders, carry out an elicitation of processes, data and capabilities and derive the target processes and the business requirements for the current and future solution.

Become trusted advisor for their client and manage CXO level stakeholders. Produce business cases and strategies, shape opportunities and recommends improvements in terms of processes, systems, and automation to increase business value. Provide advisory on sectorordomain trends and growth and future business technology model.
