This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Motion & Graphic Designer based in the United States.
As a Senior Motion & Graphic Designer, you will transform creative strategy and research into compelling visual experiences for performance marketing campaigns. You will work closely with a Creative Strategist to turn concepts, hooks, and briefs into polished static, video, and motion assets for paid social. The role combines strong design craft with an understanding of performance-driven creative and platform-specific requirements. You will work across different brand systems and industries, including highly regulated environments where compliance and precision are essential. You will also help brands explore new creative directions while maintaining consistency, quality, and brand safety. This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced creative professional who can move quickly, work independently, and deliver high-quality assets with minimal revision.

Accountabilities:
- Partner closely with the Creative Strategist to translate research, creative hooks, and briefs into visual concepts, storyboards, and finished assets.
- Design and produce static advertising creative and edit or produce short-form video and motion content for paid social campaigns.
- Interpret brand guidelines of varying complexity and consistently create work that is visually aligned with established brand identities.
- Develop creative suitable for regulated or highly scrutinized industries while anticipating compliance and legal requirements.
- Identify opportunities to evolve brands’ visual expression and introduce fresh creative concepts that support growth and expansion into new markets.
- Review raw photography and video footage, selecting, cropping, cutting, and editing the strongest material into polished final assets.
- Maintain high standards of asset quality while meeting demanding production timelines and minimizing internal revision cycles.
- Ensure visual consistency across large volumes of creative variations, formats, and advertising platforms.
- Apply platform-specific creative specifications and best practices across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and other paid social channels.
- Collaborate continuously with the Creative Strategist as part of an integrated two-person creative engine.
- Incorporate feedback quickly and iteratively while maintaining creative quality and meeting deadlines.
- Deliver assets that balance brand safety, creative freshness, performance objectives, and client requirements.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy, ensuring that typos, brand inconsistencies, and technical specification errors are addressed before client review.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a creative production role such as Art Director, Senior Designer, Creative Producer, or a similar position.
- Dedicated experience creating performance or paid-social creative.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong range across static design, video editing, and motion graphics, ideally within paid social advertising.
- Experience working with brand guidelines of varying depth and translating them into new creative applications.
- Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, insurance, legal, or similar environments is strongly preferred.
- Experience working in matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders and layered approval processes.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma or a comparable design and layout tool.
- Strong proficiency in After Effects or a comparable motion graphics and video editing platform.
- Comfortable working with raw video and photography, including selecting footage, cutting, pacing, captions, and graphic overlays.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Premiere, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of platform-specific creative specifications and best practices across major paid social channels.
- Strong visual judgment and an understanding of what makes modern performance advertising compelling, effective, and attention-grabbing.
- Solid understanding of paid-social fundamentals such as hooks, pacing, visual hierarchy, and calls to action.
- Ability to take a loose brief or visual direction and independently develop it into a strong creative execution.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly around typography, branding, specifications, and production quality.
- Comfortable giving and receiving fast, constructive feedback in a deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to work quickly without compromising visual quality or polish.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with strategists and other stakeholders.
- Highly self-sufficient, with the ability to take projects from initial brief through final delivery without heavy oversight.
- Ability to manage production timelines effectively, particularly when working around extended client or compliance approval cycles.
