Business Analyst – Fleet Management Services (CLIENT’S Connected Portal)
Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands (Hybrid) Department: Fleet Management Services / Digital Solutions

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the development, enhancement, and global rollout of the CLIENT’S Connected Portal and Fleet Management Services. In this role, you will serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring the successful delivery of digital and data-driven solutions, including Consent Management, Data Services, Fleet Management Services (FMS), and Worldwide Application Setup across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, business process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of Fleet Management Services, Consent Management, and Data Service solutions.
- Coordinate worldwide application setup, onboarding, and configuration activities across multiple countries and markets.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Development Teams, Architects, Data Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings across geographically distributed teams.
- Support system integration initiatives involving APIs, connected vehicle platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Coordinate and support testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure solutions align with global standards, data governance policies, and local market requirements.
- Analyze and optimize business processes to drive continuous improvement of fleet management and connected vehicle services.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations based on data and operational needs.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role within the Automotive, Fleet Management, Telematics, or Connected Vehicle Services domain.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, business process analysis, and solution definition.
- Hands-on experience with Fleet Management Services (FMS), Connected Vehicle Platforms, and Data Services.
- Good understanding of data governance, consent management, and digital service ecosystems.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional product teams.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, and business process modeling tools.
- Understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and cloud-based applications.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and manage priorities across multiple projects and teams.
- Proven experience working effectively within multicultural and geographically distributed teams, particularly across European and Indian organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Fleet Management, Telematics, Connected Vehicle Services, or Commercial Vehicle Operations.
- Knowledge of GDPR, data privacy regulations, and consent management frameworks.
- Agile/Scrum certifications (PSPO, PSM, CSPO, CSM, or equivalent).
- Experience supporting global application rollouts and country onboarding activities.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and data analytics solutions within the automotive industry.
