Full description

To lead and deliver the Distribution Channel Management System & Balanced Scorecard initiatives and system enhancements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with business, regulatory, and audit requirements, while maintaining operational stability of the system

§ Project & Delivery Management

· Own end‑to‑end project delivery including scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and dependencies

· Ensure projects and system enhancements meet agreed SLAs, milestones, and business outcomes

· Manage change control, issue resolution, and project re‑baselining where required

· Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives and prioritize delivery across portfolios

§ Stakeholder & Vendor Management

· Act as primary point of accountability across business users, IT teams, vendors, and external partners

· Establish effective governance, communication, and escalation mechanisms

· Manage vendor performance, contracts, and deliverables to ensure quality and timeliness

§ Risk, Audit & Compliance

· Identify, own, and manage project and operational risks, including regulatory and audit findings

· Ensure system development and delivery comply with internal policies, statutory and regulatory guidelines

· Drive timely resolution of audit issues and risk mitigation actions

§ Business & Technology Alignment

· Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, objectives, and delivery roadmaps

· Translate business needs into executable project plans and system outcomes

· Maintain awareness of regulatory requirements, emerging risks, and technology trends to safeguard the organization proactively.

Qualifications & Certifications

· Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline

· Project Management certification (PMP, CITPM or equivalent) preferred

Experience & Competencies

· At least 7 years of IT experience, with strong experience managing IT projects

· Strong track record in managing business‑critical systems, regulatory‑driven initiatives, and vendor‑led delivery

· Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

· Strong risk mindset with experience handling audit, compliance, and regulatory scrutiny
