We are seeking a highly organized and creatively-minded Associate Project Manager with strong project management skills and an instinct for great creative to join our Creative Services team within Private Wealth Management ("PWM") Marketing. In this role, you will serve as the connective tissue between creative talent, marketing stakeholders, and partners—driving projects from intake to delivery by building clear project plans, tracking feedback, and keeping multi-channel campaigns on time and on brand.

PWM Marketing Creative Services
The PWM Marketing Creative Services team is responsible for developing and executing high-impact, multi-channel creative campaigns that elevate our brand, drive engagement, and deepen relationships with ultra-high-net-worth prospects and clients. We operate at a fast pace, translating sophisticated financial concepts into compelling, modern, and accessible narratives across digital, social, and multimedia platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
PWM Marketing is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative Associate Project Manager to join our internal Creative Services team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to be at the heart of the creative process—orchestrating workflows, championing quality, and ensuring that every project moves smoothly from brief to final delivery.
As an Associate Account Manager, you will own the day-to-day management of creative projects, partnering closely with copywriters, designers, multimedia producers, marketing strategists, and compliance partners. You will build and maintain project plans, coordinate reviews, track and consolidate feedback, and act as a trusted liaison who keeps everyone aligned while safeguarding creative quality and deadlines.
Responsibilities include:
- Project Planning & Management: Build, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and workflows for multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring clear milestones and on-time delivery.
- Feedback Tracking & Coordination: Serve as the central point for gathering, consolidating, and tracking feedback across editorial, subject matter, and regulatory compliance reviews, ensuring changes are clearly documented and actioned.
- Creative Partnership: Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, and multimedia producers, applying a strong instinct for great creative to help shepherd work that meets a high quality bar.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the connective link between marketing strategists, creative talent, and partners—managing expectations, communicating status, and keeping all parties aligned.
- Intake & Prioritization: Manage project intake, scope requests, and help prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Process & Tools: Navigate and maintain project management systems and workflows, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
- Brand & Quality Stewardship: Support adherence to Goldman Sachs brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and quality across all creative deliverables.
- Compliance Coordination: Help route creative through required editorial and regulatory compliance reviews, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Qualifications:
- Project Management Experience: Proven project management experience (typically 3-5+ years), ideally within an advertising agency, in-house creative studio, or similar creative environment, with a track record of managing multiple projects to on-time delivery.
- Creative Instinct: A genuine passion for and instinct for great creative, with the ability to recognize quality work and constructively support the creative process.
- Organization & Agility: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to build clear project plans, prioritize competing deadlines, and pivot quickly as needs evolve.
- Feedback & Detail Management: Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately capture, track, and consolidate feedback across multiple stakeholders and review cycles.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across matrixed teams.
- Advertising Background: Experience in advertising, marketing, or a related creative field, with familiarity in multi-channel campaigns (digital display, social media, streaming video, and audio) preferred.
- Tools Proficiency: Comfort using project management systems and workflow tools (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Trello, or similar).
- Regulatory Comfort: Experience working within a compliance-driven or highly regulated environment (e.g., financial services, healthcare, or legal) is a plus.
- Education: Undergraduate degree (preferably in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, English, or a related field).

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, NY, United States-based position is $85000-$160000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
