Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Flutter Developer with 1.5–3 years of hands-on experience in developing cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Flutter, Dart, mobile application architecture, REST APIs, state management, and UI/UX implementation. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product teams to build high-quality mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
Build responsive, reusable, and high-performance UI components.
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver pixel-perfect user interfaces.
Implement efficient state management using Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX, or similar frameworks.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
Debug and resolve application issues across Android and iOS platforms.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.
Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and business logic.
Publish and maintain applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Stay updated with Flutter releases, mobile development trends, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills

1.5–3 years of experience in Flutter application development.
Strong proficiency in Dart programming language.
Good understanding of Flutter widgets, layouts, animations, and navigation.
Experience with state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc/Cubit, or GetX.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON parsing, and API integration.
Experience integrating Firebase services such as Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics, and Remote Config.
Familiarity with local databases like SQLite, Hive, or Shared Preferences.
Understanding of MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture, or similar design patterns.
Experience with Git/GitHub for version control.
Knowledge of Android and iOS application lifecycle.
Understanding of app security and performance optimization.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience with payment gateway integrations.
Experience with Google Maps, location services, and push notifications.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology.
Experience with dependency injection.
Knowledge of unit testing, widget testing, and integration testing.
Exposure to native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
