We are seeking a skilled Financial & Market Research Analyst to conduct in-depth studies for real estate and investment projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background, solid experience in the real estate market, and good knowledge of AI tools to support analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare market studies and industry analysis

Conduct feasibility studies for new and existing projects

Develop detailed financial reports and projections

Analyze market trends, risks, and investment opportunities

Use AI tools to enhance research, data analysis, and reporting

Present findings clearly to management and stakeholders

Requirements:

Strong financial background

Well knowledge of AI tools and data analysis

Proven experience in the real estate market

Age range: 30–40 years

Excellent report-writing and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Experience:

Previous experience in real estate market analysis is mandatory
