Job Requirements Responsibilities 

  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to ensure software 

quality and reliability. 

  • Collaborate with development and engineering teams to understand system 

requirements and testing needs. 

  • Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for automation solutions. 
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and support issue resolution. 

Work Experience Required Skills & Experience 

  • Hands-on experience in PLC Programming, including: 

Ladder Diagram 

Functional Block Diagram (FBD) 

Structured Text (ST) Programming Language 

  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in Python programming for test 

automation, scripting, and data analysis. 

  • Experience with Automation Testing Tools and frameworks for developing and 

executing automated test cases. 

  • Good understanding of software testing methodologies, test lifecycle, and defect 

tracking processes. 

  • Ability to troubleshoot automation scripts and optimize test execution 

processes. 

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 
  • Experience in Industrial Automation, Manufacturing, or Control Systems domain. 
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems such as Git. 
  • Knowledge of SCADA, HMI, and industrial communication protocols is an added 

advantage.
