Employment Type: Full Time

Description
At inDrive, a ride is a transaction. A loyal driver is a relationship. In a competitive market, fair earnings are the start, but they aren't enough to build long-term loyalty. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to make driving for inDrive the most rewarding and engaging experience for millions of drivers worldwide.
You won’t just be adding features; you'll be building the foundation of our driver community.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the Loyalty Strategy. You will develop and execute the roadmap for all driver loyalty and engagement initiatives, from gamification to rewards programs.
• Design Game Mechanics. You'll create and test systems like badges, leaderboards, and personalized challenges to make the daily driving experience more engaging and fun.
• Develop Loyalty Programs. You will build tiered programs that recognize and reward our most active and high-quality drivers with tangible benefits, creating a clear path for growth on our platform.
• Foster Community. You will explore and launch features that create a sense of belonging and social connection among drivers, making inDrive more than just an app.
• Define and Grow Key Metrics. Your success will be measured by the growth in driver retention rates, increased trip frequency per driver, and lower driver churn.
• Champion the Driver's Voice. You will work closely with research, data, and regional teams to deeply understand what truly motivates drivers beyond the fare, and bring those insights into the product.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• Professional Experience: 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in mobile apps, two-sided marketplaces, gig economy platforms, or mobility services, with a proven track record of owning end-to-end product streams from ground-zero strategy to deployment.
• Gamification & Loyalty Mechanics: Strong expertise in behavioral design and engagement systems, including gamification mechanics (badges, leaderboards, status tiers, personalized challenges) and structured driver reward programs.
• Strategic Vision & Retention Focus: Ability to build long-term product roadmaps focused on non-monetary driver motivation, increasing lifetime value (LTV), boosting trip frequency, and reducing driver churn.
• Data-Driven Analytics: Solid quantitative skills with experience using data to measure platform health, track driver retention metrics, run A/B experiments, and evaluate engagement funnels.
• User-Centric & Community Design: Passion for translating user research and driver feedback into product features that build community, foster platform belonging, and solve core driver needs.
• Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a history of aligning engineering, data science, research, and localized regional teams to execute global product initiatives.
• Languages: Professional working proficiency in English (B2/C1+).
