We are seeking a talented individual to join our Digital Client Experience team at Marsh & McLennan Asia Business Services (MMABS). This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.
Digital Client Experience (DCX) Delivery - Project Manager
Reporting to the Asia Digital Client Experience Leader, this role provides delivery expertise to drive business outcomes, oversee governance, and support the development and enhancement of Marsh's digital platforms across Asia.
Marsh’s Digital Client Experience encompasses advanced analytics, client and service data, industry-relevant content, as well as claims and benchmarking insights. A key focus will be driving significant change management within teams to enhance efficiencies and elevate the overall client experience.
We will count on you to:
- Lead rollout and adoption of client technologies across Asia by translating business requirements into practical technical execution with offshore implementation teams.
- Document user feedback and collaborate with global and regional Technology stakeholders to ensure alignment in product and data development.
- Support regional DCX objectives by influencing key stakeholders to learn, adopt, and advocate for Marsh’s digital platforms and resources among colleagues and clients where relevant.
- Foster cross-divisional collaboration by partnering with colleagues to build and promote digital capabilities across Asia.
- Plan and manage timelines, resources, milestones, and the quality of output for DCX initiatives.
- Build dashboards and reports using LenWork or similar tools, with a focus on improving quality, speed, and consistency of reporting.
- Track KPIs, manage risks and issues, and create mitigation plans; escalate issues when needed.
- Use project management best practices to deliver business outcomes, maintain governance standards, and support continuous improvement.
- Provide technical input and support on project proposals and recommend best-practice approaches, including opportunities for automation and AI-enabled efficiencies.
What you need to have:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years experience in project management, digital platform delivery, analytics, or a similar coordination role.
- Proven ability to manage moderately complex projects or workstreams end-to-end.
- Strong stakeholder management, English communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in scope management, risk and issue tracking, budgeting, and project reporting.
- Exposure to AI tools, automation, or reporting platforms would be a strong advantage.
