POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the planning, execution, and completion of the project according to deadlines outlined in the contract and budget. Define the scope of work, direct and communicate project objectives to team members. Manage all aspects of the assigned contract and provide all the resources to achieve the profit and client satisfaction goals.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee, direct, and be able to project electrical projects from beginning to end
  • Read and understand weekly labor reports, project and influence field labor
  • Build long-term customer relationships by consistently meeting expectations and offering innovative solutions

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • 5+ years managing commercial electrical work required
  • Running at least $2 million projects required
  • Programs experience preferred: 
  • Procore
  • Computer Ease /Deltek
  • Trimble Accubid
  • Bluebeam
  • Clearstory
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in team environment
  • Ability to present in a professional manner and represent the company image

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Office work requires sitting for periods of time and use of a computer keyboard and screen. This role stands, walks and may move boxes of files and records weighing 30 pounds or less.
