How You will Make An Impact:

• Support end-to-end BSS integration and service delivery for OTT services, ensuring reliable customer onboarding, subscription management, service activation and entitlement on OTT platforms.

• Support integration and testing between OTT service platforms and BSS systems, including analysis of APIs, provisioning transactions, system dependencies and end-to-end customer service flows.

• Work with IT, application development teams and technology partners to troubleshoot and resolve service provisioning and integration issues, driving timely restoration and permanent resolution of recurring problems.

• Support the build, validation, submission and release of OTT client applications across mobile, web, Smart TV and Set-Top Box platforms

• Coordinate with frontend development teams on client build activities, including build validation, release packaging, application submission, certification, deployment tracking and production readiness.

• Collaborate with software development teams to maintain and continuously improve CICD pipelines for backend services and frontend client applications, increasing automation, deployment consistency and release reliability.

• Support Release and Change Management, including change assessment, implementation planning, deployment coordination, rollback procedures and post-release validation.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation including end-to-end service flows, integration diagrams, API dependencies, deployment procedures and operational runbooks.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve production issues in cloud environment.

• Collaborate across Product, IT, Engineering and external technology partners to improve service delivery processes, automation and operational efficiency

Skills for Success:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or its equivalent

• 3+ years of relevant experience in systems integration, application delivery, DevOps, cloud engineering or production support for large-scale digital services.

• Experience with BSS n OSS integration, customer service provisioning, subscription management or service fulfilment systems would be highly advantageous

• Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices and system-to-system integration, with the ability to analyse complex end-to-end service and transaction flows

• Practical experience with CICD pipelines, software builds, deployment and release processes

• Familiarity with mobile application store submission, certification and release processes would be advantageous.

• Understanding of Release, Change, Incident and Problem Management practices

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external technology partners
