Full description
Work in an innovative team
Become part of the team that has made automotive history and brought visionary inventions to the car. As early as 1959, we developed the first cruise control followed by many other industry-wide innovations such as the first heads-up display, collision warning system, adaptive cruise control (ACC) and the first emergency brake assist.
These technologies paved the way and marked the beginning of the mobile future: fully autonomous and connected vehicles for the smart world of tomorrow.
As a leading international provider, Aptiv introduced a new comprehensive system solution at CES 2020 with the Smart Vehicle Architecture™ (SVA™). SVA™ is the basis for highly automated vehicles and acts as the brain and nervous system of future vehicles. The design philosophy at vehicle level focuses on three main objectives: Reducing complexity by simplifying the hardware and software topology, bringing together different applications and empowering OEM's to individually define the user experience of their vehicles as well as to add new functionalities later on.
