Overview

MicroTech is seeking a System Administrator support resource for the Combined Air Operations Center (CAOC) at Shaw AB, South Carolina. The CAOC team utilizes the Forcepoint Trusted Thin Client solution for its multi-level security computing and networking environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support Cross Domain Solutions as required
  • As required, the Contractor shall subcontract with Forcepoint to perform Quarterly TTC Health Assessments (billed as an Other Direct Cost (ODC)) to analyze overall health, operational capability and capacity of TTC infrastructure and services; and recommend courses of action to address any identified deficiencies or shortfalls (Deliverable: Quarterly TTC Health Assessment)
  • Update and maintain as-built TTC systems/server configuration and connectivity drawings, diagrams and documentation, and publish semi-annually (Deliverable: System Documentation)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Computer Engineering or related field, and 4 years' software development / engineering experience; or an Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Computer Engineering or related field, and 6 years' software development / engineering experience; or 8 years' experience software development/engineering experience
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 (Security+) or higher; and
  • Citrix Certified Professional-Virtualization (CCP-V) or Citrix Certified Professional-Networking (CCP-N), or equivalent Certification
  • Active Secret clearance or above required
