About the Position
The company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction of a 140,000-square-foot ground-up tilt-wall warehouse located on the northeast side of Atlanta. The Project Manager will oversee every phase of the project—from preconstruction through final closeout—while ensuring exceptional execution in safety, quality, scheduling, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage ground-up industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project schedules
- Monitor project budgets and financial performance to ensure profitability
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and field operations
- Review, negotiate, and administer subcontract agreements
- Manage requests for information (RFIs), submittals, and change orders
- Lead owner, architect, subcontractor, and project coordination meetings
- Conduct regular jobsite walks to monitor progress, safety, and quality
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and company standards
- Partner with field leadership to proactively identify and resolve project challenges
- Deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in commercial or industrial construction
- Experience managing ground-up tilt-wall, warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or industrial facilities is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from preconstruction through final completion
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, cost control, contracts, subcontract administration, and construction documentation
- Experience using Procore and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required
