Your role

We’re building a best-in-class UX organization and are looking for a UX Analytics Lead to establish and scale analytics across a portfolio of enterprise products.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of UX, product, and data. You’ll turn user behavior into actionable insights—helping teams design better experiences and deliver measurable product outcomes.

Your tasks

  • Analyze user behavior to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement
  • Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for design and product teams
  • Combine quantitative and qualitative insights to explain what is happening and why
  • Define and standardize UX metrics (e.g., task success, drop-off, engagement, efficiency)
  • Structure user journeys and funnels across key applications
  • Establish success criteria for features and product releases
  • Design and support experimentation (A/B testing, feature validation)
  • Build scalable analytics practices: frameworks, dashboards, and best practices
  • Mentor researchers and designers in using data effectively

Your profile

  • 5+ years in product analytics, quantitative UX research, or a related field
  • Experience partnering closely with UX/design and product teams
  • Strong track record of turning data into product or design decisions
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and define meaningful metrics
  • Experience with experimentation (A/B testing)
  • Python, SQL or similar data querying skills
  • Experience in complex or enterprise environments
