Estamos incorporando un/a Data Analyst Junior con un perfil proactivo, curioso y con muchas ganas de aprender.

La posición está orientada a personas que se estén formando en el mundo del análisis de datos y quieran desarrollarse como profesionales en un entorno dinámico, colaborativo y orientado a la mejora continua.

🎯 Responsabilidades principales

  • Realizar análisis de datos detallados, incluyendo revisión de workpapers de clientes, análisis de data sources y reconciliaciones.
  • Recopilar, limpiar e interpretar datos para identificar tendencias, patrones, inconsistencias y oportunidades de mejora.
  • Resolver problemas de negocio a partir del análisis de información cuantitativa y cualitativa.
  • Identificar oportunidades de optimización y eficiencia en procesos y flujos de datos.
  • Crear procesos de ETL y automatizaciones utilizando herramientas como Alteryx, KNIME, Power Automate, Power Query, entre otras.
  • Preparar análisis, visualizaciones y presentaciones con herramientas como Excel, PowerPoint y Power BI.
  • Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para traducir insights en acciones y soluciones.

🧩 Requisitos

  • Ser estudiante avanzado/a o graduado/a de Ingenierías, Matemáticas, Ciencias Económicas o carreras afines (Ej.: Ing. Industrial, Economía, Contador Público, Estadística).
  • Conocimientos en herramientas de análisis de datos y automatización: Power BI, Alteryx, KNIME, Power Query, Power Platform, etc.
  • Inglés intermedio/avanzado (excluyente).
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar full time.
  • Interés por el análisis de datos y resolución de problemas.
