Triunity Software is looking for a sharp and driven Business Analyst to join our growing team in Miami, FL! In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of technology and business strategy, helping translate complex needs into actionable solutions. Responsibilities:

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across departments
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
  • Collaborate with software development teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives
  • Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to identify areas for improvement
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and sprint planning sessions with cross-functional teams
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that delivered solutions meet requirements

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software or tech environment
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with SQL or data analysis tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
