Your Mission
As a Technical Support Engineer, your mission is to become a key technical interface between our headquarters, regional partners, workshop networks, and customers across Europe. Working closely with senior technical teams, you will develop a deep understanding of our products and technical support processes, provide effective solutions to technical issues, and contribute to continuously improving the quality and efficiency of regional technical services.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide technical support to regional partners, workshops, and customers across Europe through service portals, remote diagnostics, on-site assistance, and other support channels.
- Analyze technical issues, understand customer needs, identify root causes, and support the implementation of effective solutions.
- Participate in regular regional visits, technical meetings, seminars, and other activities with partners and headquarters to strengthen regional technical service capabilities.
- Support the planning and delivery of technical training, including on-site training for new product launches and technical updates.
- Monitor and collect typical failure trends, major technical issues, and quality concerns across the European region, ensuring timely reporting and escalation.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to drive the investigation and resolution of regional technical and quality issues.
- Contribute to the preparation and publication of technical documentation, including technical notices, troubleshooting guides, maintenance cases, and other service materials.
- Support the management of special or critical technical events, participating in rapid response, on-site troubleshooting, technical investigation, and root-cause analysis when required.
- Share field experience and technical knowledge with internal and regional teams to continuously improve technical support processes and customer satisfaction.
- Travel frequently across Europe to provide on-site technical support, training, and partner assistance.
What You Bring
- University degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or another relevant science or engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally in technical support, after-sales service, automotive, electronics, machinery, or a related technical environment.
- Strong interest in technical support, troubleshooting, and problem solving, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and products.
- Good analytical skills and a structured approach to fault diagnosis and root-cause analysis.
- Fluent English, with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across different European cultures. Additional European languages are a plus.
- A technical background in new energy vehicles (NEVs), EVs, automotive electronics, or related technologies is highly valued.
- Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and customer orientation.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and respond quickly to urgent technical situations.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across Europe.
