Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Graphics Project Manager to join a growing front end project management team within a North American fleet and environmental graphics company.

This position is responsible for managing environmental graphics projects from handoff through completion, including scope review, site coordination, production handoff, budget awareness, installation scheduling, customer communication, punch list follow up, and project closeout.

This is not an entry level coordinator role. The ideal candidate will have direct experience managing environmental graphics, architectural graphics, experiential graphics, signage, print, construction, or installation based projects from start to finish. The role requires someone who understands how projects move through real job sites and can communicate effectively with customers, contractors, architects, builders, installers, vendors, production teams, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage environmental graphics projects from handoff through final completion• Review project scope, drawings, specifications, site conditions, measurements, materials, timelines, budgets, and installation requirements• Read and understand blueprints, architectural drawings, elevations, site plans, and related project documentation• Coordinate with customers, contractors, architects, builders, vendors, installers, production teams, and internal departments• Manage approvals, revisions, scope changes, change order communication, punch list items, customer signoff, and issue resolution• Coordinate site readiness, access requirements, field measurements, installation timing, travel needs, and customer communication• Track project status, provide proactive updates, follow up consistently, and escalate issues early when needed• Travel to job sites and customer locations as needed to support project success• Support a team focused culture built on ownership, trust, communication, accountability, and follow through• Take on additional responsibilities as the company continues to grow, scale, and improve its systems, structure, and processes

Required Qualifications

  • Direct experience managing environmental graphics, architectural graphics, experiential graphics, signage, print, construction, or installation based projects• Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, elevations, site plans, and project specifications• Experience working directly with contractors, architects, builders, customers, vendors, and installers• Experience managing project timelines, scope, budgets, change orders, installation schedules, and closeout items• Comfortable visiting job sites, walking projects, reviewing site conditions, and communicating with field teams• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Strong follow up, organization, attention to detail, and ownership• Professional, dependable, solutions focused, and comfortable working across departments• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with environmental graphics, wayfinding, directional signage, fleet graphics, wall graphics, window graphics, floor graphics, banners, dimensional signage, or large format graphics• Experience coordinating field installations and working with subcontractors or installation crews• Background in signage, print production, construction project management, architectural branding, or experiential graphics• Understanding of materials, measurements, site surveys, installation requirements, and customer approvals• Experience managing project budgets, change orders, closeout documents, and punch list completion• Ability to bring structure, communication, and follow through to a growing project management team

Work Environment

This is an onsite role in a graphics, signage, and installation focused environment.
