Technical Project Manager, Robot Family

We're seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to drive the execution of our next-generation cleaning robot development programs. You'll own the delivery of new robot products from prototype to production, orchestrating cross-functional teams to meet aggressive timelines while maintaining quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sprint planning, progress tracking, and blocker resolution across engineering teams
- Orchestrate cross-functional coordination across Autonomy, Software, Mechanical, Embedded, and NPI
- Identify and manage dependencies across teams, ensuring critical path items are delivered on time
- Track risks, escalate issues, and drive mitigation plans proactively
- Coordinate validation gates (EV, DV, PV) and production release sign-offs
- Work with functional leads to ensure optimal resource allocation on critical path
- Run standups, publish status reports, and communicate timeline health to stakeholders
- Lead NPI coordination and handover to SCM, Quality, and Contract Manufacturer
- Develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans with marketing
- Own P&L responsibility and business case development
- Transition products to sustaining team post-launch
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years in technical project/program management for hardware products
- Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, software, embedded)
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
- Experience with hardware development processes including NPI and validation gates
- Proven track record of delivering complex products on time
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred
