Our products deliver on real-world issues, solving water company and industry problems with existing and new infrastructure that is critical to the environment, economy and everyday living.We are primarily data driven with domain expertise delivering insights to water networks and assets using analytics, presentation, machine learning and AI that is SaaS and cloud based. We are building on our existing teams to onward develop our products and services, and continue growing our customer offerings, base and revenues.
Drive the success of StormHarvester by ensuring that our products maximise value, and in an order that makes sense for our customers. Product Managers at StormHarvester will dig deep into the real problems and pain points that the end-users face when managing waste water networks. This will require constant contact with customers, stakeholders and the customer success team, and liaising with the delivery and engineering teams.This is an excellent chance to join a new team in one of the islands fastest growing startups - guaranteeing future growth of the role for candidates who prove their value. Essential Criteria• 5+ years experience in a product owner or product manager role
- Degree level education in a relevant discipline (eg software/engineering)
- Practiced product management in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven experience taking products from initial concept, production release, through to life-cycle management phase
- Operated within a cross functional environment
- Experience working directly with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using product analytics, KPIs, and decision frameworks to determine priorities based on feature impact
- Proven track record of conducting user research, analysing feedback, and evaluating market trends to identify key problems to solve.
- Awareness of cyber security and information security requirements
Desirable Criteria
- Knowledge of the Waste Water industry
- Experience working with IoT or sensor based platforms
- Exposure to other methodologies such as ShapeUp
- Participation in pre-sales activity; tenders, pitches, PoC analysis.
- Documentation and training experience
- Undertake discovery through high engagement with customers and internal teams
- Ensure customer problems are well defined and understood by the wider team
- Own and manage the backlog for given modules
- Prioritise tasks so highest value is delivered first
- Appropriately challenge incoming requirements and change requests
- Refine requirements for clarity and consistency
- Assist in writing business cases for the development of new product modules
- Act as a key stakeholder in the pricing and commercial proposition of modules
- Adopt the use of AI tools to maximise automation for appropriate tasks
- Work with marketing teams to ensure product value is communicated effectively
