Join Sonova’s HR Solutions IT team as IT Business Analyst HR Technology and take ownership of key global HR applications. You will combine functional expertise, solution design and stakeholder management to deliver scalable and user-focused solutions.
You will own and continuously improve SAP SuccessFactors Learning, LXP and the global payroll landscape, supporting implementations, configuration, integrations and business process improvements.
A key focus will be developing Learning and LXP as dedicated managed modules and supporting the strategic move towards SAP SuccessFactors, while contributing to the consolidation of the global payroll landscape.
More about the role :
- Own the assigned modules, including configuration, roadmap, documentation, tickets, change requests and projects.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
- Configure applications, define processes and user stories, and coordinate testing and implementation.
- Support SAP SuccessFactors Learning and LXP, including learning structures, curricula, compliance training and reporting.
- Manage the functional side of the global payroll landscape, working with ADP and local payroll providers.
- Collaborate with Integration and Security & Architecture teams on data flows, permissions and security.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and Global Process Managers.
- Provide second-level support and drive continuous improvement.
- Gradually develop broader SAP SuccessFactors knowledge to act as second deputy for the Platform module.
More about you :
- Degree or professional training in IT, information management, computer science, business or a related field.
- Around 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in an international environment.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning or multi-country payroll integration.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, application configuration and system integrations.
- Experience with requirements analysis, testing and IT suppliers.
- SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification or Employee Central knowledge is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable working with sensitive data and business-critical deadlines.
- Fluent in English.
