About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to join our Professional Services team to lead and manage customer implementations. This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker with hands-on experience managing SaaS deployments, ensuring successful project execution while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate has come up through a SaaS environment, is adept at managing project scope, timeline, resources, risks, and communication, and collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple customer projects.

• Establish strong relationships with customer stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables. Manage communication and expectation-setting throughout the project.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, managing scope, schedule, resources, and budget. Track project progress and ensure adherence to milestones.

• Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Manage scope changes, budget adjustments, and timeline shifts through structured change control processes.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring proper allocation of resources for successful project execution.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk registers, and lessons learned. Provide regular updates to leadership and customers.

• Leverage industry best practices and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance project execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 6-9 years of project management experience, with SaaS company experience required (implementations, professional services, or enterprise software deployments).

• Experience with incentive compensation management, sales performance management, or related financial software is highly desirable.

• Ability to understand SaaS solutions, data integration concepts, and enterprise IT environments.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with a strong ability to influence and drive collaboration.

• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks.

• PMP certification a plus but not required.

\n$140,000 - $190,000 a year

The compensation offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. The base salary range for this role is $140,000 – $190,000. Compensation for candidates hired in Canada will be provided in Canadian dollars and may differ from the ranges listed above due to currency conversion. Our base salary is just one component of CaptivateIQ's competitive total rewards package, which also includes equity, comprehensive health benefits, and other perks and benefits.
