Summary:

As a Jr. Visual Designer (Motion & AI) at 1 2 101, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting visually dynamic and innovative brand experiences for luxury and lifestyle brands. This role is central to transforming creative concepts into compelling, high-impact visual narratives across digital platforms. You’ll leverage your expertise in motion graphics, animation, and AI-powered design workflows to elevate brand identity, drive engagement, and deliver results. With a strong focus on creativity, technical precision, and emerging tools, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to produce content that stands out in a competitive digital landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop visually engaging static and motion assets for social media, websites, digital campaigns, and branding initiatives
  • Translate creative briefs into cohesive visual stories that align with brand identity and messaging
  • Build and maintain brand elements including logos, typography, color palettes, and design systems for consistency across platforms
  • Create high-impact static creatives, GIFs, animations, reels, and short-form video content to boost engagement and brand recall
  • Produce motion graphics and animated assets using industry-standard tools, enhancing storytelling through dynamic visuals
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to refine concepts, incorporate feedback, and deliver projects on time
  • Utilize AI tools to generate creative directions, mood boards, and visual assets through effective prompt engineering
  • Experiment with AI-driven workflows to accelerate ideation, asset creation, and iteration
  • Stay current with emerging AI trends, tools, and advancements in motion design and digital content creation

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools
  • Demonstrated understanding of animation and motion design principles (essential)
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for creative production and prompt-based workflows (preferred)
  • Basic video editing and compositing skills (an added advantage)
  • Strong creative vision, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and AI-enhanced design work (required)

Salary: 2.4LPA - 3.6LPA
