Job DetailsJob Location: VIENNA, VA 22182Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $88,000.00 - $132,000.00 SalaryTravel Percentage: NoneBusiness Analyst – PRISM Application Support Services Support mission-focused Oracle APEX applications by translating user needs into practical solutions, responsive support, and continuous improvements. Location: Hybrid/telework and office-based support, as required by the customer and project needs. Employment Type: Full-time Position Summary We are looking for a technically proficient Business Analyst to join our PRISM Application Support Services team. This role supports custom Oracle Application Express applications by working directly with users, stakeholders, project leadership, and developers to understand operational needs, resolve issues, improve documentation, and help deliver effective application enhancements. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis and Application Support Serve as a primary point of contact between application users, business stakeholders, project leadership, and developers. Review, coordinate, track, and communicate resolution of user feedback, service requests, defects, enhancement requests, emergency events, and questions. Support user access administration, including access request review, approval coordination, role assignment, account activation, and user communication. Assign budget appropriations to program codes after verifying required information and communicating program availability. Process work-package archiving and unarchiving requests by researching records and completing authorized actions. Maintain and update application documentation as interfaces, screenshots, processes, and business rules change. Stay informed on application changes, development activities, stakeholder requirements, and related data updates. Oracle APEX Development Support Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business needs from customers, stakeholders, and end users. Facilitate requirements-gathering activities through interviews, workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, and scenarios. Develop, configure, enhance, test, and support Oracle APEX applications in an APEX 24.x or later environment, with guidance and code review as needed. Apply Oracle APEX development concepts, including pages, regions, forms, interactive reports and grids, shared components, validations, dynamic actions, processes, security, and deployment practices. QualificationsRequired Qualifications

Experience with Oracle APEX, SQL, PL/SQL, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, workflow technologies, and related application support tools. Ability to organize and facilitate release planning, sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and inter-team dependency meetings. Working knowledge of Agile methods, frameworks, practices, and tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and documentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with senior leaders, stakeholders, technical teams, and end users.

Education and Certification

Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, information technology, computer science, a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

CompTIA Security+ CE or another DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II-compliant certification must be held or obtained within six months of start date.

Clearance Requirements

U.S. citizenship is required. Active DoD Secret clearance is required. The selected candidate must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain or maintain the security clearance required for the position.

Physical Requirements

This role is primarily sedentary and involves routine computer use in an office and/or telework environment, with occasional movement around the office.
