Full description

Noom is on a mission to help people live better, longer. We’re a consumer-led digital health company, connecting people to content, coaching, community, and clinicians, to build lasting habits and live healthier lives. We’re a high-growth organization powered by science, technology, and world-class talent. When you join Noom, on any team, you’ll see the impact of your work on the world.

Our Product Team

Product at Noom sits at the intersection of science, technology, and human behavior. Our teams translate deep behavioral science and clinical expertise into intuitive, engaging digital experiences that help millions of people achieve better health outcomes.

Within Product, the Noom Health team owns the strategy, development, and optimization of the programs and capabilities that drive member outcomes across our enterprise partnerships.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join Noom Health, Noom’s fast-growing suite of enterprise offerings. This is a true crossover role spanning Noom Health’s intervention sets: you’ll build member-facing experiences that keep people engaged in the Noom app while ensuring every feature supports meaningful outcomes for the health plans and employers that sponsor our programs.

Reporting to the Director of Product, B2B, you’ll lead a portfolio of initiatives from strategy and problem definition through development, launch, and ongoing optimization. Success requires a strong understanding of consumer engagement, along with the ability to connect the member experience to measurable partner value.

You Will

  • Act as a domain expert in the needs of our members and enterprise customers, including health plans, PBMs, employers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders across Commercial, Client Success, and Clinical teams
  • Develop product strategies, roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics that balance member needs, business goals, and partner requirements
  • Bring strong consumer instincts to the product experience, with a keen understanding of what drives engagement, reduces friction, builds habits, and keeps members active over time
  • Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Design, Engineering, Data, QA, and Clinical Operations through the full product development lifecycle, from discovery through launch and iteration
  • Translate ambiguous member, customer, and business problems into clear product requirements, prioritized solutions, and actionable plans
  • Measure and improve product capabilities through experimentation, quantitative analysis, user feedback, and program performance data
  • Partner with external vendors and technology partners to define integration requirements and deliver scalable product experiences
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial and Client Success teams to understand customer needs and ensure successful implementation and adoption of new capabilities
  • Leverage a powerful suite of proprietary AI-enabled product development tools that unlock the capabilities of PMs to drive rapid impact

About You

You've probably lived on both sides of this fence before—maybe you cut your teeth on a consumer product thinking about activation and retention, then moved into B2B or enterprise and had to learn how to translate user behavior into a partner's ROI story, or vice versa.

If you're energized by holding both the member experience and the partner outcome in your head at the same time, this role may be for you!

You Have

  • 5+ years of relevant product management experience, with meaningful exposure to both consumer or engagement-driven product work and B2B or enterprise product management
  • A track record of building or iterating on engagement mechanics grounded in behavioral or engagement data
  • Deep fluency in consumer or member behavior—you know what makes people engage, drop off, and come back, and can translate that into product decisions
  • Comfort partnering with commercial, clinical, and client-facing teams to understand what outcomes a partner is actually buying and translating that into product requirements
  • Experience building highly engaging digital health products or member-facing experiences
  • Passion for digital health and a commitment to Noom's mission
  • Experience building highly engaging digital health products or member-facing healthcare experiences is strongly preferred.

What Makes This Job Amazing

  • Meaningful member impact. You’ll expand and improve programs that help people build healthier habits and achieve life-changing outcomes.
  • High ownership and visibility. You’ll own revenue-relevant capabilities within one of Noom Health’s fastest-growing areas.
  • Influential partnerships. You’ll work directly with major health plans, employers, and PBMs on some of the most important challenges in digital health.
  • The ability to move quickly. You’ll use powerful AI-enabled tools to accelerate product development and turn ideas into impact.
  • Mission-driven work. You'll be part of a company where every feature you build supports healthier lives at scale.

What You’ll Earn and Enjoy

  • Pay that reflects your impact. Compensation benchmarked to the market and shaped by your impact and value.
  • Investment in your future. A 401(k) with company match to help you build long-term financial security.
  • Time to truly recharge. Paid holidays, generous time off, Summer Fridays, and a company-wide Summer Break week so the whole team can unplug together.
  • Care that covers it all. Access to top-tier medical plans for you and your family, including a premium-free plan option, alongside dental, vision, and life insurance.
  • Support for growing families. Paid parental leave to give you the time and flexibility to focus on what matters most.
  • And more to help you thrive. Stock awards, a performance-based bonus, and exclusive access to Noom’s products, so you can grow with us, win with us, and enjoy what we build.

The base salary range for this position is $164,000–$215,000. Actual compensation is determined by job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location.

This role is eligible for our NYC or Princeton office locations, operating on a hybrid schedule (2 days per week on-site).
