POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a forward-thinking, strategic leader to serve as the Product Manager for our BeneMoney product. This role will be responsible for the design, execution, and continuous optimization of our product BeneMoney — with a strong focus on infrastructure, partner integrations, and scalable operations. The successful candidate will build cross-functional alignment across engineering, risk, compliance, and partner ecosystems to ensure product efficiency, compliance, and competitiveness in the market.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Translate customer and market needs into product requirements and guide development across the full product lifecycle — from discovery and design to launch and iteration.
- Ensure scalability, compliance, and differentiation of payment experiences built on core rails (ACH, Fedwire, RTP, card networks) and modern APIs.
- Maintain understanding of domestic payments ecosystems, emerging trends (e.g., ISO 20022, open banking, FedNow), and regulatory requirements surrounding the same.
- Monitor and optimize product performance through KPIs, customer feedback, and market benchmarks.
- Champion innovation, data-driven decision-making, and rapid iteration.
- Drive internal education and alignment on product offerings, value propositions, and roadmap priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, legal compliance, operations, and external vendors to ensure delivery of execution of product initiatives
- Develop operational practices that support the product line.
- Lead road mapping and deployment exercises within BeneMoney
- Create and maintain product artifacts such as roadmaps, go to market delivery, etc.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This role does not supervise employees.
- May manage vendor and third-party product relationships within the fintech ecosystem

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Combinations of experience and education will always be considered.
- >3 years of product experience
- >5 years leading fintech or payments-related product lines.
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA beneficial.
- Deep knowledge of domestic payment systems (ACH, Fedwire, RTP, card networks) and integration strategies (APIs, file formats, bank cores.
- Demonstrates the ability to work effectively with AI Tools and maintains an open, curious approach to emerging technologies.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Annual salary range DOQ: $91,932 $131,331 $170,731
