KCW Engineering Technologies, Inc. is recruiting for an Engineering Project Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of projects. The candidate will also prepare reports for Senior management regarding status of projects. 

What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you'll play a key role in helping projects run smoothly from kickoff to completion. You'll work closely with clients, team members, and project partners to deliver successful projects that meet expectations, stay on schedule, and align with budget goals.

In this role, you will:

Lead projects from start to finish, helping ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Partner with clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects moving forward and address challenges along the way. Work with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, schedules, and resource needs. Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, timelines, and supporting documentation. Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and communicate updates to clients and company leadership. Identify potential risks and develop solutions to minimize impacts on project schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Coordinate team resources and delegate tasks based on individual strengths, experience, and workload. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other project stakeholders. Review project performance and financial results to help drive successful outcomes and profitability. Create reports, spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to support planning, communication, and project execution. Foster clear and effective communication across project teams and with clients. Continue growing your leadership and project management skills through training, professional development, and industry events. Take on additional responsibilities and special projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications: 

A Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.  Proven working experience in project management. 

Certifications: 

Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification (Preferred)

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience 

Compensation:

$42.00-$57.00/hour (equal to $87,360-$118.560 annually) Position eligible for overtime Position eligible for discretionary bonuses at the sole discretion of the company
