Are you a natural problem solver who brings an athlete’s mindset to every challenge? We are seeking an ambitious, high-grit Technology Solutions Engineer to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will move far beyond traditional, repetitive IT support. You will touch networking, security, cloud systems, and automation, while acting as the operational engine of our department. By collaborating with and coordinating between various internal teams, you will ensure critical technical projects stay on track. We don’t expect you to know everything on day one—we value grit, resilience, and a competitive drive to win over years of sitting at a desk.

What You Will Do (Diverse & Dynamic Tasks)

• Project Orchestration: Act as the central point of contact for multi-team initiatives, actively aligning with internal departments to drive projects to completion.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with diverse engineering and business teams to unblock technical dependencies and maintain project momentum.
• Learn & Build: Shadow senior engineers to deploy, configure, and maintain our internal hardware, software, and networks.
• Tackle Complex Issues: Investigate and solve diverse technical challenges, digging deep into system logs to find root causes rather than quick fixes.
• Manage Core Tools: Help manage and secure our cloud productivity suites, identity providers, and SaaS applications.
• Drive Automation: Collaborate on projects to automate manual tasks using basic scripting and modern IT tools.

Qualifications & Background (Sports Background Welcome)

• The Athlete's Mindset: Background in competitive sports, team sports, varsity athletics, or endurance racing is highly valued. We love candidates who understand teamwork, discipline, handling setbacks, and playing to win.
• A degree/diploma in a tech-related field, or completion of a tech bootcamp/certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or Google IT Support).
• Exposure to basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) is a huge bonus.
• Any experience in a leadership, student council, or sports team captaincy role is a major plus.
