Full description

We are looking for a Global Product Line Analyst to support the Product Line Leads for Apparel and Protective Gear. You will be under the responsibility of the Sr Manager of Product Management, and will be working in collaboration with the Business Intelligence, Design, Engineering and Development, Marketing, Sales and International departments to bring seasonal product offerings to life!

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:   

  • Research and develop market and business trend studies in order to identify and evaluate new portfolio opportunities for technical riding and/or protective gear and growth in the marketplace.
  • Support Product Line Leads in the development and maintenance of financial business cases for each of the projects selected in the portfolio process and validate their potential sales volume and profitability throughout development phases.
  • Work closely with design and engineering throughout the entire development process to influence and guide projects from the customer perspective.
  • Become a product expert and share your knowledge through presentations of new products to sales and go-to-market teams while also educating and supporting our dealers.
  • Define product information (PVA features and benefits) and content needs in collaboration with the marketing teams and provide strong storylines and reasons to believe for our consumers and dealers.
  • Manage up-to-date and accurate product information (PIM) within respective databases.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:  

  • Knowledge of and passion for technical riding gear for the snowmobile, automotive or powersport industry.
  • Strong analytical and scenario-building skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams while maintaining excellent relationships.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, or marketing.
  • The ability to multitask and set priorities.
  • Essential bilingualism (French/English), both oral and written.
