Job Description – Flutter Developer

Position: Flutter Developer

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Pune Kharadi(Work from Office)

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Flutter Developer with 2+ years of experience in cross-platform mobile application development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building, maintaining, and deploying Flutter applications for both Android and iOS platforms. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

• Build responsive and visually appealing user interfaces following UI/UX best practices.

• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into mobile applications.

• Work with Firebase services such as Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging (FCM), Crashlytics, and Analytics.

• Collaborate with backend developers, QA engineers, and product teams throughout the development lifecycle.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance.

• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.

• Manage app releases and deployments to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

• Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.

• Stay updated with the latest Flutter, Dart, and mobile development trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter application development.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) or an equivalent qualification.

• Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart.

• Experience developing and maintaining applications for both Android and iOS platforms.

• Strong understanding of RESTful API integration and JSON.

• Experience with Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, FCM, Crashlytics, Analytics, etc.).

• Experience with mobile application deployment on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

• Familiarity with state management solutions such as Provider, BLoC, Riverpod, or GetX.

• Experience with Git and version control systems.

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

• Good understanding of mobile application architecture and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with local storage solutions such as Hive, SQLite, or Shared Preferences.

• Knowledge of mobile app security and performance optimization.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

• Experience integrating third-party SDKs and payment gateways is an added advantage.
