The Impact You’ll Make in this Role Monitor Product Performance: Track core metrics such as user growth, retention. Assess product health and identify trends

Deliver User Behavior Insights: Analyze customer journey data and feedback to uncover user friction points and recommend actionable feature improvements.

Evaluate Feature Experiments: Partner with product managers and engineers to design features, measure outcomes, and validate feature performance before full rollout.

Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Assist in development of roadmaps and communicate with design, development, and marketing teams.

Analyze Market Trends: Conduct competitive analysis and industry benchmarking to provide context for feature prioritization and product strategy.

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

Perform analysis on product usage, user trends, and drop-off points to find areas to improve.

Execute tests and experiments to see which new features or changes work best.

Support product, engineering, and design teammates with data to guide project decisions.

Coordinate with team members to ensure product data is tracked accurately and consistently.

Prepare simple reports and dashboards that clearly show product performance and key trends.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher and (4) four years of project management or similar experience in a private, public, government, or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to create and analyze reports
  • Familiarity with feature/bug tracking tools like JIRA
  • Basic understanding of setting up and evaluating product tests.
  • Ability to evaluate ambiguous problems, question assumptions, and connect data points to real-world business outcomes.
  • Working effectively alongside diverse teams (engineers, designers, product managers, and business leaders) with differing priorities.
  • Translating complex technical findings and charts into clear, compelling narratives that drive action
  • Naturally digging deeper into anomalies or unexpected user patterns without needing step-by-step guidance
  • Comfortably pivoting between multiple projects and shifting business priorities in a fast-paced environment

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $107,600 - $147,950, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
