Job Description:

The Role

Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.

Digital Channels teams create digital experiences that help customers confidently manage their financial lives. We work at the intersection of product, technology, and design to solve meaningful customer and business problems at scale.

As a Product Analyst, you help product teams turn ambiguity into clarity. You bring product knowledge, data-driven thinking, and execution discipline to help teams make better decisions and deliver high-quality digital experiences.

In this role, you will:

  • Bring evidence into decisions by using data, customer feedback, and operational insight to inform product and delivery conversations.
  • Frame problems as testable hypotheses, helping teams validate ideas before committing to build.
  • Define what success looks like, measure results after launch, and distinguish between what shipped and what was solved.
  • Translate product intent and customer/business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Know how our systems and business work — rules, dependencies, workflows, and customer impacts.
  • Enable speed in a regulated business by engaging Legal, Risk, and Compliance early so integrity is built into solutions from the start.
  • Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, business acceptance, release readiness, and implementation.
  • Use AI tools to shorten the path from question to decision, accelerating analysis and improving the quality of what the team knows.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 plus years of business analysis or related experience, or Master's degree with 3 plus years; financial services or regulated-industry experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting digital products or capabilities through the full lifecycle, from discovery through launch and measurement.
  • Strong business analysis fundamentals, including process modeling, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Data fluency, with hands-on experience using Excel, BI tools, or other methods to generate insights.
  • Systems thinking, with the ability to connect platforms, business rules, dependencies, and customer impacts.
  • Ability to form a clear point of view from evidence and refine it as new information emerges.
  • Strong communication and influence skills, translating complexity into action across teams.
  • Sound judgment to match the depth of analysis to the decision at hand.
  • Ownership mindset, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools — and a point of view on where they help, where they fall short, and how to verify what they produce.

The strongest candidates build trusted relationships across product, technology, design, and stakeholders — and use that trust to move work forward through ambiguity, incomplete information, and competing priorities. They are curious about why customers behave the way they do, disciplined in testing assumptions, and focused on helping teams understand the actual impact their solutions deliver.

The Team

Digital Channels teams improve the digital experiences customers use every day to manage their financial lives. We work across products, platforms, and customer journeys to create experiences that are simple, reliable, and valuable. This role is aligned to our Core Experiences group, which supports critical Account Opening and Money Movement capabilities across the digital experience.

As a member of our community, you'll join a group of product-minded analysts who bring together customer understanding, data, domain knowledge, and delivery discipline. You'll receive coaching and development support while helping shape the future of Fidelity's digital products and experiences.
