Senior Product Analyst — Loyalty

Department: Analytics Department

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Cyprus

Description

We’re looking for a Senior Product Analyst to help launch and scale inDrive’s new loyalty program, a cross-business-unit initiative designed to increase engagement, retention, and lifetime value across our services. As one of the first analysts on the project, you’ll shape it from the ground up. You’ll partner closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and business unit teams, using data and experimentation to design the program, prove its incremental impact, and make sure rewards create lasting value for users and the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end program performance and economics: define and monitor core metrics (enrollment, active members, frequency, retention, cross-service adoption, incremental revenue, reward cost, ROI), forecast program costs and liabilities, and drive financial planning with Finance
  • Lead executive-level reporting and insights (e.g., MBRs), turning complex data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Shape program design by sizing and prioritizing mechanics (earn/burn rules, tiers, partner and cross-service rewards) and modelling their impact on behaviour and unit economics
  • Measure true incrementality using A/B tests, holdouts, and causal inference, and set guardrails so the program doesn’t subsidize behaviour that would have happened anyway or cannibalize margin
  • Co-pilot product and launch strategy with Product, Marketing, and business unit teams, including experimentation, initiative prioritization, and roadmap validation from MVP to scale
  • Build data foundations from scratch: define the metrics hierarchy, design data marts and dashboards, and partner with engineering on event logging, member data, and segmentation (CDP) for personalized offers

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 5+ years in data analytics or product analytics
  • Strong analytical mindset with a balance between business impact and resource efficiency
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Redash)
  • Solid mathematical background, including statistics, optimization, and causal inference
  • Experience in analyzing large datasets and designing data marts for product needs
  • English: Professional Working Proficiency
  • Experience with loyalty, CRM, or retention programs and 0→1 product launches is a plus

Why join us

  • Help us challenge injustice by creating fair choices for millions of people across 47 countries
  • Develop your professional skills with access to mentoring, career consulting, and learning programs
  • Collaborate with teams around the world and gain international experience through our Global Talent Exchange Program
  • Engage in company-wide challenges, awards, sports activities, employee-led social impact and volunteering projects
  • Work alongside people who take initiative, speak openly, and challenge themselves to grow
  • Improve your language skills through co-financed courses and internal speaking clubs
  • Annual salary from EUR 70 700 gross

Final benefits may vary depending on the location.
