We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead end-to-end quality assurance activities across multiple product and release initiatives. This role is responsible for overseeing release readiness, test execution, automation deliverables, and quality metrics while partnering closely with the QA Manager (USA) to ensure consistent quality standards across all programs.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead QA activities for multiple concurrent releases, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
· Manage and oversee manual and automation testing teams across projects and product lines.
· Drive release planning, test strategy, risk assessment, and defect management activities.
· Monitor automation framework health, test coverage, execution results, and automation roadmap progress.
· Partner with development, product management, DevOps, and program management teams to resolve quality issues and delivery risks.
· Establish and track QA KPIs, release quality metrics, defect trends, and automation effectiveness.
· Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting to the QA Director and leadership team.
· Ensure adherence to QA best practices, processes, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Mentor QA leads and engineers, fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and innovation.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
· 14+ years of Quality Assurance experience, including 5+ years in QA leadership or management roles.
· Proven experience managing enterprise software releases and distributed QA teams.
· Strong background in test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
· Experience with test management, defect tracking, and automation tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, Playwright, Selenium, API testing tools).
· Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution across geographically distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience working with global teams across the USA and offshore locations.
· Exposure to cloud-based applications, mobile platforms, and security-focused products.
· Experience building quality metrics dashboards and driving quality transformation initiatives.
