What will you do:

IB Data Management & Validation

  • Support Installed Base (IB) data cleansing, validation, and enrichment activities.
  • Verify asset information such as serial numbers, product references, locations, and customer data.
  • Identify data gaps, duplicates, and inconsistencies, then coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor tracking coverage and data completeness across priority asset categories.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Maintain weekly and monthly IB tracking reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze trends, gaps, and opportunities from installed base data.
  • Generate insights to support business reviews and management reporting.
  • Prepare presentations and performance summaries for stakeholders.

What qualifications will make you successful:

  • Active undergraduate student (S1/D4/D3, max. 8th semester) majoring in Science/Engineering/Business or other related fields
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
  • Available to intern for 6 months
