THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Product Manager to help shape and grow Pathwai, BranchLab’s customer-facing platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with users, designers, engineers, and data teams to build intuitive products that solve real customer problems.
You will help define and deliver platform experiences including conversational AI agents, planning and recommendation tools, dashboards, workflows, and other customer-facing capabilities used by pharmaceutical marketers and agency partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Product leadership to define product requirements and deliver new features.
- Help shape the Pathwai roadmap by gathering customer feedback, analyzing usage data, and identifying product opportunities.
- Own day-to-day execution for product initiatives from discovery through launch.
- Support the development of conversational agent experiences that help users access insights and make decisions more efficiently.
- Contribute to planning, audience, measurement, and workflow tools used by healthcare marketing teams.
- Write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor product performance and adoption metrics and recommend improvements.
- Participate in customer conversations, product demonstrations, and feedback sessions.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of experience in product management, product operations, business analysis, consulting, or a related role.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency and aid in decision making.
- Experience working with ENG and Design teams to rapidly prototype, build, test and deliver product features
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to break down complex problems into clear requirements and priorities.
- Comfort working with data and using metrics to make decisions.
- Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn in a fast-moving environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with SaaS products, analytics platforms, AI-powered products, or workflow tools.
- Healthcare, pharmaceutical marketing, adtech, martech, or healthcare data experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience conducting user research or customer interviews.
- Familiarity with agile product development processes.
