Job Description
- Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to the BU Controller and local management team, providing financial insights and decision support.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Project Controllers while acting as a hands-on Project Controller, taking direct responsibility for selected projects and supporting day-to-day controlling activities.
- Monitor project performance, including costs, revenue recognition, cash flow, forecasts, risks, and opportunities through regular project reviews.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial compliance, audit support, and corrective actions for budget deviations.
- Support continuous improvement of project controlling processes, ERP systems, and commercial awareness across the organization.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in project controlling, FP&A, and finance within an international and project-driven environment, ideally industrial or construction related.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
- Sound knowledge of IFRS, accounting principles, local taxation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Strong ERP and reporting systems expertise (SAP/IFS preferred), advanced Excel skills, and interest in BI tools and data analytics.
- Hands-on, resilient, and proactive professional with strong analytical thinking, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment; fluent in English (German is an advantage).

This amount is our minimum offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience, and qualifications.
