Position Overview

We are hiring a Systems Analyst with knowledge in microbiology, to supplement this with our business counterparts who are Lab users.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Audit, Security and Compliance, this includes system/application audit or supporting the Cluster audit, e.g. Lab audit
  • Batch Job Monitoring, Error work queues, etc.
  • Business Continuity Support
  • Co-Existence Testing
  • Half-Yearly Disaster Recovery Exercise
  • System, Infra and/or Application maintenance verifications
  • Epic Upgrade (New release/features): He would be required to work with Lab users to understand their need and enable the new features accordingly.
  • Operation Service Requests: He would be required to work with Lab users to understand their need and implement the service request.
  • Production Support: resolve incident tickets
  • End-to-end project management, including planning, coordination, execution, and project documentation in compliance with the Project Management Methodology (PMM).
  • Requirements gathering and analysis, including effort estimation and costing assessment.
  • System configuration, build activities, and application testing to ensure requirements are met.
  • Support for testing activities, including coordination and facilitation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Deployment planning and preparation, including readiness assessments and implementation activities.
  • Post-deployment support, including issue resolution and monitoring

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in microbilogy or related discipline
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work with minimal guidance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
