Full description
About Us:
Daisy is a tech-driven residential property management company on a mission to improve the way people live by transforming the way buildings run. In just three years, we’ve grown to manage over 250 buildings. Our team is collaborative, moves quickly, and is passionate about disrupting an outdated industry and making a real difference in people’s lives
About You:
We're hiring a senior PM to own different AI-driven product capabilities across Daisy's platform. You'll define how AI agents and intelligent workflows reshape property management operations. That means shipping agentic workflows that act (not just assist), working hands-on with engineering, and figuring out where LLMs and autonomous agents fit into real problems. You'll own strategy for your domain, set OKRs, and bridge what operations teams need with what's technically possible.
We're looking for someone who has shipped AI features in production, not just sandboxed them. Uses AI tools daily in their own work, whether coding agents, prompt engineering, or prototyping with LLMs. Makes complex things simple for users. Picks up unfamiliar domains fast.
What You’ll Do:
- Own AI product initiatives end-to-end: discovery, spec writing, development, launch, and iteration.
- Design and ship agentic workflows that automate operational processes with human oversight built in.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to deliver AI features that solve real problems.
- Identify where AI can replace manual workflows and improve outcomes for property managers, board members, and residents.
- Define success metrics, run experiments, and use data and user feedback to steer direction.
- Stay current on AI developments and translate what matters into product opportunities.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in product management, with 2+ years on AI-powered products shipped to production.
- Hands-on generative AI experience: prompt engineering, model behavior, LLM capabilities, and AI UX patterns.
- Experience building agentic workflows, AI assistants, or automation products beyond basic chatbots.
- Track record of zero-to-one product work in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong UI/UX sense, especially for AI experiences where trust and transparency matter.
- Cross-functional leadership without waiting for consensus.
- Demonstrable AI tool usage in your own work (prototypes, scripts, AI-built tools).
- Fluent English, written and verbal.
Bonus
- Technical background or developer experience.
- Fintech or B2B SaaS experience.
- Background in service companies.
