About the role:As an Associate in Data Analysis & Reporting (L1), you have the opportunity to be an integral part of our reporting department. You assist in the development of the reporting function within the business, focusing on the provision of standard reporting services.
In this role, you collect the information available on the fundcraft proprietary platform, you assess the completeness of the information, you contribute to the preparation and sending of the reporting to third parties. This role offers an opportunity to develop expertise in the fund administration and fund reportings in particular. You will be enrolled in a training program covering the data collection process, compiling of data, review of report and transmission of data. You will work closely with the technology team to develop efficient and automated processes.
This position is based in Spain, and reports directly to the Risk Manager which is based in Luxembourg.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow the training for a clear understanding of the guidelines related to the different reporting and specific requirements associated to the reporting.
- Access the fundcraft’s platform, and review of the data collected in the context of the preparation of the reports.
- Identify any missing mandatory data and liaise with the relevant team
- Ensure the completeness of the report and data accuracy
- Escalate any issues to the team leader.
- Organise the work to avoid any delays in the sendings.
- Ensure an appropriate access on third parties portal to facilitate the sending of the reporting.
- Report to the team leader on the activity via a monitoring dashboard.
- Support and partner with the team in day-to-day duties related to transmission of reporting to third parties.
- Facilitate the production of reports covering all the fund administration activities ensuring timely and accurate internal and external communications.
