We are looking for an IT Project Manager - IT Procurement & Implementation to join our team and lead projects related to the procurement, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise IT solutions.
The role focuses on coordinating procurement processes, external suppliers, implementation activities, integrations, testing, deployment, and organisational readiness. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered within agreed time, budget, quality, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities• Lead and manage IT projects from planning through implementation
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, milestones, and delivery plans
- Monitor project status, financials, risks, dependencies, and decision points
- Prepare steering committee and management documentation
- Coordinate project teams and relevant stakeholders
- Ensure alignment and collaboration between business and IT teams
- Coordinate procurement activities and supplier communication
- Manage implementation activities for externally acquired IT systems and solutions
- Plan testing, acceptance, go-live, and implementation activities
- Plan communication, training, and change management activities
- Support successful transition into ongoing operations and lifecycle management
- Strong experience as an IT Project Manager
- Experience leading procurement and implementation of enterprise IT systems
- Experience coordinating external suppliers and vendor relationships
- Strong experience managing project scope, budget, timelines, risks, and resources
- Experience coordinating business and IT stakeholders
- Ability to independently manage complex implementation projects
- Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills
- Fluent Swedish, both written and spoken
- Ability to work on-site in Norrköping when required
Nice to Have• Minimum 2 years of experience leading external suppliers in connection with implementation or lifecycle management of IT systems
- Experience leading complex implementations of standard systems, SaaS solutions, or other external IT solutions
- Experience managing system integrations as part of implementation projects
- Experience within public-sector or large enterprise environments
