Lead Software Developer Java

 

YOUR IMPACT

You will combine hands-on software development with technical leadership to deliver scalable enterprise applications and solutions. Working closely with architects, developers, project teams, and business stakeholders, you will contribute to solution design, technical documentation, project planning, and engineering best practices while remaining actively involved in coding, testing, and troubleshooting. You will serve as a subject matter expert, mentoring developers and helping drive quality, consistency, and continuous improvement across multiple projects.

 

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

• Contribute to solution, integration, and technical architecture design.
• Lead and mentor developers across multiple projects.
• Develop, test, and enhance enterprise software applications.
• Drive process improvements across development and deployment practices.
• Prepare and review technical designs and project documentation.
• Troubleshoot complex cross-component and cross-technology issues.
• Support project planning, estimation, and delivery activities.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• A minimum of 8 years of experience delivering enterprise software solutions.
• Expert-level Java/JEE development experience with strong coding and unit testing skills.
• Proven ability to design enterprise applications using microservices, REST APIs, and distributed architectures.
• Deep expertise in Spring, Hibernate, relational databases, SQL, and messaging technologies.
• Experience with Agile development, test-driven development, performance tuning, and code quality practices.
• Proven ability to lead developers, mentor teams, and solve complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
