Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to support the successful delivery of enterprise software and digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience coordinating software delivery projects, working with cross-functional technical teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the expected quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring software implementation and digital transformation projects.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams, customers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, risk registers, and project status reports.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource utilization.
- Facilitate project meetings, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Support requirement gathering, scope management, and change request tracking.
- Ensure project documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports for management.
- Collaborate closely with delivery managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience managing or coordinating software delivery/IT projects.
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Asana, ClickUp, or similar.
- Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on enterprise software implementation or digital transformation projects.
- CAPM, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.
