Job Description

Job Summary

The Finance Analyst is responsible for supporting financial planning and analysis activities by delivering accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. The role provides valuable insights into business performance through variance analysis, financial modelling, and data-driven reporting. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, the Finance Analyst supports decision-making, identifies opportunities for cost optimization, and contributes to the achievement of financial and operational objectives.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards to investigate Deviations vs Budget and YoY deviation trends (find root cause, extract invoices / accounting lines, evaluate FY impact)

 

Follow Intercompany Invoicing (instructions) and ensure the rebilling ties (issued & booked) to GSC IT Controlling instructions

Support in Budget preparation and submission in TM1/EGRP tool

Support the IT Leaders for preparation and endorsement during the Spending & Contracting Authority process (Most Currently Endorsed revised forecast)

Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable Management.

Expenses management and COUPA approvals.

Work proficiently with Eurofins tools and applications (ERP Tally Prime, TM1, EGRP).

Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

CA Inter or Finance professional with 2-3 years of FP&A/controllership experience.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and quality in financial analysis and reporting.

Results-oriented with a proactive, self-driven attitude and sense of ownership.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work cross-functionally with leadership.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn and adapt to evolving financial systems.
