As a Project Manager II at Romac, you’ll lead complex, high-impact projects from planning through successful delivery. You’ll bring your project management expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking to guide cross-functional teams—including senior leaders—through challenging projects and help turn business goals into results. With the opportunity to influence decisions, solve complex problems, and drive projects that make a meaningful difference across the organization, you’ll play a key role in shaping Romac’s continued success.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, high-priority, high-complexity projects.
  • With minimal oversight, determine and define project scope, objectives, and key success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • With minimal oversight, develop and maintain detailed project plans, project schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, applying proactive mitigation strategies while bringing projects to completion on time, on budget, and to expectation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects (of a variety of disciplines) on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Proven ability to complete complex, risky, large, and ambiguous projects.
  • Proven proficiency in formal project management methodologies.

Base Compensation Range: $105,700-$158,700 per year. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of individual factors, including education and experience, as well as internal equity. Our salary ranges are reviewed and updated each year and employees are eligible for pay increases based on individual performance.
