Supplier QA Engineer

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial quality, preferably within the automotive or electronics industry.
  • Advanced level of English and French communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage critical situations involving customers and production teams.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring an efficient and effective workflow, procedures, policy and inspection programs in area of supplier quality assurance.
  • Manages in-process product quality with vendors.
  • Communicates with customers/vendors in resolving quality related issues and conducts business process analysis for quality assurance (QA) and supplier quality assurance (SQA) processes and interfaces to other functionalities.
  • Leads the global quality and supplier quality process improvement projects and trains the related standards.
