Detailed JD:

  • The role will primarily support Marketing

Technology (MarTech) initiatives, including loyalty, offers, gaming, CRM, DMB CMS, and customer engagement platforms.

  • Able to work on-site at the McDonald's

Thornleigh office as required.

  • Demonstrated Business Technical Analyst

(BTA) skills, including requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Proactive and able to work independently

in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication

skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting

business applications.

  • Well organised, prepared for meetings, and

able to provide clear and timely status updates.

  • Able to work with ambiguous requirements,

clarify expected outcomes, and translate business needs into actionable deliverables.

  • Produces quality documentation and

reliably follows through on commitments.

  • Able to quickly learn and develop an

understanding of new platforms, technologies, business processes, and system capabilities.

  • Comfortable working in an Agile or

iterative delivery environment.

  • Collaborative team player who contributes

positively to team outcomes and discussions.

  • Able to identify risks, issues, and

dependencies and escalate them appropriately.

  • Willing to perform hands-on delivery

activities, including testing, release coordination, meeting administration, note-taking, documentation updates, and other project support tasks as required.
