- The role will primarily support Marketing
Technology (MarTech) initiatives, including loyalty, offers, gaming, CRM, DMB CMS, and customer engagement platforms.
- Able to work on-site at the McDonald's
Thornleigh office as required.
- Demonstrated Business Technical Analyst
(BTA) skills, including requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proactive and able to work independently
in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication
skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting
business applications.
- Well organised, prepared for meetings, and
able to provide clear and timely status updates.
- Able to work with ambiguous requirements,
clarify expected outcomes, and translate business needs into actionable deliverables.
- Produces quality documentation and
reliably follows through on commitments.
- Able to quickly learn and develop an
understanding of new platforms, technologies, business processes, and system capabilities.
- Comfortable working in an Agile or
