The Account Manager, PowerPoint Production team supports Aon business units across geographies with research, analytics, marketing, proposal support and operational support to client delivery. Its mission is to provide Aon sales, marketing and strategy teams with the information, analysis and insight necessary to make informed decisions across business development, client delivery and strategy
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
The Account Manager, Production plays a key role in enabling efficient, high-quality creative delivery across the Global Creative Team. Working alongside the Account Director – Global Creative and key stakeholders, this role helps establish process, workflow, and project flow for creative projects across Marketing and Communications. The Account Manager, Production applies pragmatic, analytical thinking to solve problems across multiple functions, ensuring creative requests are clearly defined, appropriately resourced, and delivered on time with strong stakeholder communication and quality oversight.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 9-12 years’ experience is desirable.
- Manage creative projects and design resource utilization through the project management tool across regions and asset types.
- Manage all projects and timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring project statuses remain current for accurate reporting.
- Juggle multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, adapting actions to shifting priorities and evolving stakeholder needs..
- Allocate projects to appropriate PowerPoint production team resources based on capacity, expertise, timing, and project needs.
- Meet with internal clients to establish specific requirements for creative projects, as needed.
- Assist with project intake and validation of creative requests, supporting internal clients with creative brief development and request form entry.
- Review creative briefs for missing information and help ensure designers have the details and resources needed to successfully complete work.
- Allocate projects to the appropriate design team resources based on project requirements, capacity, timelines, and expertise.
- Assign and execute task workflows, ensuring tasks and project statuses are up to date within the project management tool.
- Work closely with designers to remove barriers, clarify requirements, and support timely delivery of creative assets.
- Provide general oversight and QA/QC on project deliverables to help ensure timeliness, accuracy, brand alignment, and quality.
- Apply proactive problem-solving and process discipline to improve creative project flow and delivery effectiveness.
- Help foster a culture of creativity, inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Global Creative Team.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
- Strong project management skills, including experience managing creative deliverables, timelines, workflows, and resource utilization.
- Experience working within a project management tool is critical.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and creative production tools, processes, and technologies.
- Ability to support creative brief development, intake validation, workflow assignment, status tracking, and reporting.
- Experience with AI tools is a plus.
- Organized, efficient, and deadline-focused, with an understanding of the fluid nature of creative work, fast turnarounds, and evolving priorities.
- Proactive and energetic working style, with a positive approach to communication and collaboration.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly in a business setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with global stakeholders and the Global Creative Team across time zones.
- Eagerness to understand the brand and act as a steward for the creative process.
